Before you order
Is the embroidery really free?
Yes. Every top can be embroidered with a name, initials or a date at no extra cost.
How long does personalisation take?
Personalised pieces are made to order in our atelier and ship within 4 working days, with standard shipping after that. Need it by a certain date? Email support@amisamour.com and we will do our best.
What are the character limits?
The Infinity holds two initials, one in each loop. The Heart holds a single initial. The Classic fits up to 10 characters — a name, a short word or a date.
How does the sizing fit?
A relaxed, oversized fit. See the sizing chart on the product pages to make sure it fits perfectly.
Can I return a personalised piece?
Personalised pieces are made just for you, so they can’t be returned or exchanged. Our studio checks every order before stitching and will contact you if anything looks off.
Can I send it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Add their address at checkout. With our signature gift box it arrives ready to give, with no prices inside.
